scope of E-Learning is getting doubled every year. This E-learning is not only
for Universities and business organization but for the society as whole. The advantages
of E-learning are that, tools are more accessible with respect to time, space,
learners, teachers and librarians do not need to be physically present at the
same location. E-learning refers to the creation, delivery and management of training
in electronic environment.
